Zoals jullie weten is de laatste outdoor-competitiedag verplaatst van 3 juni naar 10 juni 2012.

Maar houdt 3 juni nog even vrij in je agenda! Het Grote Nederlandse Studenten Kampioenschap (GNSK 2012), vindt namelijk plaats op 2-3 juni (in Eindhoven).

Op de verschillende sportlocaties strijden rond de 1500 deelnemers om de eer van hun studentenstad. In elke tak van sport wordt er gestreden om de titel 'Nederlands Studentenkampioen' en daarnaast is er een algemeen klassement. De winnende stad mag zich een jaar lang 'de beste studentensportstad van Nederland' noemen. Naast al het sporten zijn er ook de nodige feestjes, is er een grote studentencamping en het wordt een gezellig weekend (info: www.gnsk.nl).

Gelukkig hebben wij op de valreep ook Ultimate Frisbee kunnen toevoegen als officiele sport van het GNSK (het staat nog niet eens op de website, dus jullie horen het vers van de pers). Vorig jaar is het helaas niet gelukt om frisbee te spelen op het GNSK. Daarom willen we jullie nu alvast actief benaderen, om de data vrij te houden en alle studenten op te trommelen.

== ENGLISH VERSION ==
As you are all aware, the last competition day has been moved from the 3rd to the 10th of June.

But do not rule out ultimate on the 3rd just yet! This year we are trying to implement Ultimate Frisbee to the Dutch Championship for Students (GNSK), which will take place in Eindhoven in the weekend of 2nd and 3rd of June 2012.

In this weekend student-cities are battling to become 'best student-sport-city of the Netherlands'. It will be a weekend of lots of Ultimate (and other sports, at which your fellow students will compete). Of course students and partying will always go together, and it will also be a weekend of fun (info: www.gnsk.nl).

Last year Ultimate Frisbee did not made it through to the GNSK, so please keep this weekend free in your agendas and let us know if you are interested.

Again all odds we promoted two days in a row. Thanks to all active Vertigo-people!
As stated on the website of the Dutch league: -In divisie 3 waren het de jongens van Vertigo die iedereen wisten te verrassen. Vers vanuit divisie 4 stromen de Eindhovenaren nu gelijk door naar divisie 2.- Go Eindhoven!

E.S.F.V Vertigo -Dutch: Eindhovense Studenten Frisbee Vereniging Vertigo- is a sport club which focuses on Ultimate Frisbee.
Our main focus group are students, currently we play fourth devision (national league Netherlands).
